My name is Alex Gamble and I take pictures.
It is my hope that they offer a new glimpse into scenes unseen.
Photography after all is a pursuit defined by perspective. I point the camera at what interests me and hope that it's interesting to someone else. Since picking up a camera in high school, I have been experimenting with how best to share my perspective. Photography has always been a part of my life. The camera has been a tool for understanding and giving order to the visual world that I experience. Sometimes this means disengaging and seeing it through a piece of glass. However I will always love the camera for its ability to encourage me to find beauty.
